Our Massages

Relaxation with Deep Tissue Massage

Our Deep Tissue Relaxation massage is great for providing chronic pain relief by addressing specific problem areas, and is commonly used on athletes. The therapist will work the deeper layers of muscles aiming to break up adhesions and increase the circulation and blood flow to that area. This type of therapy can help reduce pain, increase range of motion, relieve muscle spasms and improve circulation. Available in 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Therapeutic Sports Massage

Our Therapeutic Sports Massage is geared toward athletes of every kind, from professionals to weekend warriors. The particulars of the therapeutic sports massage are specific to the person’s sport of choice. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements. Therapeutic sports massage can be used as a means to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event..
Available in 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Hot Stone Therapeutic Massage

Our Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones and places them on the body. The heat can be deeply relaxing while helping to warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work deep layers of the muscles. Experience the luxurious heat of hot stones incorporated into a full-body massage. A truly muscle-melting experience.
Available in 75 minute sessions.

Reflexology with Foot Soak

Reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the foot that correspond to other parts of the body including organs and glands. When the reflex areas are stimulated thru the “thumb walking” technique the body’s natural energy works along with the nervous system to clear any blockage in the corresponding zones. This technique is used to reduce pain, increase relaxation, and stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids. With stress removed and circulation improving the body is allowed to return to its normal state. The reflexology session is ended with a relaxing foot soak. Allowing you to be fully clothed except for your feet; a therapeutic 30 minute session can fit into the busy week and help maintain the body’s balance.
