How Often should i use cryotherapy?
CryoCare Health and Wellness recommend the following treatment schedule:
Athletes in Training:
10 sessions in close proximity followed by 3-5 sessions per week
Injury Recovery:
10-15 sessions in close proximity followed by 3-5 sessions per week as needed
Psoriasis and Skin Rejuvenation:
5-10 sessions in close proximity followed by 1-3 session per week until desired results are achieved
Weight Loss and Cellulite Reduction:
15-20 sessions in close proximity followed by 2-3 session per week until desired results are achieved
Pain and Arthritis Management:
10-15 sessions in close proximity followed by 2-3 sessions per week as needed
